place card table wedding

How do I put the name of a date in a wedding guest in alphabetical order displacement seating tables have names?
Our displacement of seats is at the door and the tables have names that is, the passion, love, etc. If Jack Jones is sitting at the table of the passion and which gives a date – says Sue Smith, I can separate the names as it is in alphabetical order? I would also like to know whether it was appropriate to put names on place cards on the table or the address of them, like the wedding is, invited Mrs. Lewis Smith, or just Jackie? Thanks —
From the results probably will not to attend if the guest is sick, I put them both in the same line – Jack Jones first. If you have a very formal wedding, put their titles (Ms., Dr., etc.) If it is not very formal, then using your first and last right. The seats at the table, put a folded poster with the table name in large letters at the top, and the list of persons in the table below (in case they forgot between walking from the door to the boards, lol). I did not choose their seats at the table, do so. I also putting people whom I knew that non-drinkers (and the consumption of alcohol) at the same table, always causing the juice to toast. It was highly appreciated by the strict tolers tee, as to not have to sit next to someone getting drunk and being an idiot. (I was told later)
