Can supplement their income by playing poker online?

Thanks to Yahoo Answers to play Hold'em cash. I have been in one or two weeks, and I would say 66 percent of the time, place in the top 3 at PokerStars SnG tables (3.30 and 15 NL Holdem). My question is whether it is realistic to think of my earnings as a second job part time. All I want to do is to fund my Roth IRA for the next year through earnings. Is this a realistic expectation. How I know to progress to higher games? Any website that can make a plan?

It is possible, in general? Yes many people already are doing. Is it possible for you? Maybe. It depends on your skill level. You know you're ready when you are winning consistently at the bottom tables. (Not only in the charging of 2nd or 3rd, but winning.) Pokercoach As I said, it is important to keep notes. Take notes on himself and out of money and the income and also keep notes on each one in his desk. (The easy way to start is to simply type in the letters that a player finishes to be delivered and what is the position is in) I can not even begin to tell you how many times it will be useful. After a trip or two around the table, you know that is loose and is tight. As revealed more hands, you will know what kind of hands a certain player is fit to play. (Also, try to take note of any player's hands arises in large pre-flop.) Here's an example … Let's say we are until the end of 3 players. I'm in the big blind. The button raises 3x the big blind. The small blind then back to 6x the big blind raises. Now the action is in me and I consulted my notes … I realize Button the player has seen almost every flop and has tried to buy the shutter several times with different cards away. Then realize that the small blind has only played 4 hands throughout the game and hand pre-flop alone raised was AA. Now … It would be 100% comfortable calling the player with my QJ appropriate button because it shows a willingness to play loose. But I would be 100% apprehensive about calling the player in the small blind, because they played tight, stone-like throughout the game. If I had the notes, I would not know what to do, but since I've been taking notes the whole game, I know this is 1 I want to get away from. Another reason for keeping notes … Some of his opponents will be people like pokercoach and I, and here we will definitely keep what you're doing. It is advisable to level the playing field and not give anyone to take notes of an advantage over you. Instead, you is that which has the advantage over any other person not taking notes. Good luck.
